The Palace Cattery was established over 6 years ago by Charlotte and Rob Prior, who were the original owners. From April 2007 the Cattery has been owned and run by the Mansfield family.

The Cattery is fully insulated and has been designed to the highest specifications so that our guests feel more at home. We only board cats and we are on-site day and night, this ensures the health and safety of all the cats in our care. We'll do everything we can to make your cats stay here as enjoyable as possible.

The chalets are constructed using the most up-to-date materials, smooth plastic panels and glass. Cleanliness is paramount - all surfaces, walls and floors are very easy to wash and disinfect. The Cattery was purpose built as a small cattery - just 10 double-sized chalets - so that it allows us plenty of time to spoil our guests.

The chalets are warm and cosy and have individual radiators sited in the spacious sleeping quarters and all chalets have their own adjoining play area. If you have lots of cats we have one chalet that can sleep up to 4 cats from the same family. All units are insulated and are cool in the summer months and heated in the winter.

Our aim at The Palace Cattery is to provide not only a warm and safe place for your cats to enjoy but also to allow people to have a holiday in the safe knowledge that their cats are also having a fantastic time!
